The world’s largest mobile earthquake simulator is coming to the UW campus. The simulator recreates the intense shaking of earthquakes up to a magnitude 8.0. When inside you will experience what an earthquake can feel like and what will happen to unsecured items. If you don’t already take earthquake preparedness seriously you will after being in the Big Shaker! Stop by for a ride in the shaker and learn about what resources are available to help you and your family get prepared! Date: August 19, 2014 Time: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM Location: HUB Lawn
