Interests: Erich is interested in the interaction of geomorphology and seismology, specifically as it relates to coseismic landslides. He uses a combination of computational modelling, LIDAR interpretation, field work and radiocarbon dating to understand the impact of coseismic landslides on both hazards and landscape evolution.
