Open House Committee 2021 - assisted Noéll with planning virtual open house events, communicated with prospective incoming students, and organized/supervised events in progress Open House Committee 2022 - assisted Noéll with planning group activities for all of the potential students and assisted various faculty members with hosting potential students in person throughout the Winter 2022 quarter ESS Research Gala Committee 2022 - planned and organized the annual ESS Research Gala which is an event for students in the department to present their research to others in the department. This included reaching out to faculty to participate in judging the talks from various topics, totaling the scores, and distributing awards at the awards ceremony. Spring 2022- participated in many of the faculty hiring events for igneous processes and sed/strat/geobiology candidates and provided feedback to the hiring committees ESS Brown Bag Committee 2022-2023: coordinating the weekly graduate student seminar for hosting a variety of discussions ESS Research Gala Committee 2023 - see 2022 description ESS Research Gala Committee 2024 - co-chair of the planning committee for the annual ESS Research Gala. This scheduling the event and the reception, organizing other members of the committee and their roles, coordinating the keynote speaker, and keeping the website and schedule up to date. ESS Geoprom Committee 2024 - chair of Geoprom committee for planning annual department celebration in theme of 'prom'; secured venue and funding; worked with other graduate students on committee for advertising to ESS community
